Black Natural Olives

The tree of Chondroelia gives them to us. It holds them on until the round fruit, which at first is green and then turns green-red, becomes black. They are collected in the advanced ripening phase and for this reason they are few in quantity, but they excel in quality and taste. They have absorbed, from the tree and nature, as many nutrients as they can and they offer them to us.
